The Department of Computer Applications, established in 1999, is dedicated to providing value-based, inclusive education with a focus on rural and economically disadvantaged students, supported by experienced faculty through continuous mentoring and outcome-based learning. The BCA programme blends theory with practical, industry-aligned skills, promotes holistic development through placements, entrepreneurship, competitions, and co-curricular activities, and prepares students for careers, higher education, and social responsibility.
To provide a strong foundation in computer applications through an outcome-based, learner-centric curriculum, enhance employability by developing technical, problem-solving and soft skills, and promote holistic student development through projects, competitions, and co-curricular activities.
